HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU ANSWER MY QUESTIONS?

We answer messages and emails in the order they are received, and we try to respond as soon as possible. We mostly reply with 24 hours of receiving an email.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PURCHASE?

Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Monday – Friday (excluding major holidays). After placing your order, your package should be shipped out within 1-2 business days after your order is processed, and will receive an email with a tracking number soon after.


WILL MY ORDER COME IN ONE PACKAGE?

Depending on the size of your order, you may receive separate packages that arrive 1-2 business days apart.



CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

Our warehouse staff or super quick, so if you notice an error, please contact us ASAP (support@maxplayful.com), with your name and order number so we can try to catch your before it departs. Once it leaves our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes to order.


CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER OR MAKE A CHANGE?

Most orders are processed on the same business day. This is so you receive the items quickly and start to enjoy your purchase. Once the item(s) have been shipped, it is not possible to change your order. Please see our Refund Policy page [link] for more information.


I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?

WHAT IF YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT?

If you received the wrong product and the package is unopened, you can request a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please kindly get in touch with our customer support team (support@maxplayful.com) and explain the nature of the problem.
